Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your earplugs in their original packaging and secure them in a mailing envelope with the return label attached.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
